Get the most out of BricsCAD

The pace of development has been very swift, so new tools are constantly being added.Any support requests are acknowledged and always dealt with thorougly and if they are bugs they are squashed very quickly.

Honestly I have no issues with the software using for circa 7 years, any issues with in this period - resolved quickly with support provided. The customer experience has always been very positive

Solid support. As with any program, there will be bugs. Unlike with Autodesk products, BricsCAD has provided direct support with every single bug, glitch, and problem that we've run across, immediately jumping on fixing bugs as quickly as possible once they've managed to duplicate it. There's no necessity to rely on user forums in order to find work arounds, leaving the forums freed up for other things, such as exchanging ideas and methods.
