What's in a name? For V21, BricsCAD® Classic has been renamed to BricsCAD® Lite. It's for everybody who works primarily in 2D. BricsCAD® Pro has been elevated to flagship status, as we've merged all the power of today's BricsCAD® Platinum V20 into BricsCAD® Pro V21 -- and much, much more! When you see the new features and workflows in the V21 family of products, you'll know that BricsCAD is on the cutting edge of CAD development.
We believe that the choice is clear. Need a better AutoCAD® LT? Choose BricsCAD Lite. Want a modern, high-performance CAD tool to replace your expensive AutoCAD® Subscription? BricsCAD Pro is right for you. Regardless of the Edition you choose, you'll get the best DWG-based CAD system available today.
The product editions for BricsCAD® BIM, BricsCAD® Mechanical, and BricsCAD® Ultimate stay the same, save for the incredible new features and innovations that we've introduced in V21!
Our collaboration tools have new names, also: Bricsys® 24/7 for Design Teams has been renamed BricsCAD® Cloud. Bricsys 24/7 for Project Collaboration is now called simply Bricsys® 24/7. Again, we're making it powerfully easy to choose the right tool from Bricsys.

How I try each edition in the BricsCAD V21 Product Family?
First, start by downloading the 30-day free trial of BricsCAD Ultimate. Then, use the new SETLICENSELEVEL command (previously RUNASLEVEL) to set the edition of BricsCAD® you want to try. You can also use the COMMANDS command to list all available commands for each edition (a.k.a. 'license level') and any installed 3rd party apps.
